Fossils is one of the most popular Bengali Music Band of this era. They started out in the 90’s experimenting with the Rock music in their own language, i.e. Bengali. The term ‘Bangla-Rock’ was coined by them along with few other contemporaries at that time. Today Fossils remains the soul flag bearer of the contemporary rock music culture in Bengali music industry and inspiring many aspiring musicians who want to walk the same path. Being a rock musician myself I got acquainted with them back in the 2002. After so many years it felt really great to photograph them during their fund-raiser show for Carpe Diem Event Management. Here is some of the pictures from the show “Aro Ekbar Fossils”.
